hey trevor, so are you avoiding addressing all the claims people are making against you just to get your name out there even more? you know, like bad publicity is better than not publicity. or did you just fail because of whatever reasons, and think it's better to avoid the issue you created instead of simply addressing because it would mean having to be a real person. either way, i hope all of this is sitting okay with whatever moral compass you have and that you're doing okay. but then again, maybe you're just a product of the environment that you were raised in and you haven't figured out a way to break out of the cycle that affects broken people in a negative way, in a way that makes you think it's okay to not be held accountable for your actions.

Wonderful. My faves were the bench and the first two extreme backlit images. This also reminds me of how people used to often say in the '90s that you couldn't use Velvia 50 for portraits - but there was a baked in assumption that wiser people drew attention to: only if the person has very pale skin - where the emphasised red would make them look like raw meat - but for the majority of skin tones it works great.

What developer? The images have a lot of grain. I like it. Usually FP4 don't like me because has a too much fine and smooth creamy grain.

Just in case if anyone is interested, the average shutter life of an M8, as calculated by taking into account the shutter count of all the M8s with failed shutter that were repaired by Leica was estimated to be around 10000 actuations. Some have over 100000 and working, and some have been known to fail at less than 6000 acuations. I was hell bent on buying an M8 last year just as an addition to my M240 but after a bit of research I decided against it. Leica itself tried to sort out the shutter weakness with the M8.2 but as you know with M9 the 1/8000s second shutter speed was dropped and I think they all have the 1/4000s speed now. The nuaghty thing is that from M240, the debug data where you'd find the shutter count and other information is not accessible any longer which is a very poor show for Leica. I am not sure if a Leica technician could access the data though, or if it even exists. Personally I'd leave the M8 and M8.2 alone. If you have one, use it till it dies and then display it as a badge of honour.

Eduardo You ruined my Olympus XA for me. That shot you show through the viewfinder revealed just how hazy my VF is lol. But I still love shooting mine. WTF! DUDE for this being the"budget" limited version of the XA your shots DESTROY what I can accomplish on my XA. I just posted a POV photo walk vid with mine, but your stuff is amazing. Goes to show gear don't matter lol

today i purchased the suitable lens to this Centon camera, the Seagull 610 lens. Of course, it's a Minolta copy too, but with chinese glass. I'm very excited how this 50mm f1.8 lens will perform ! I will use it on Minolta cameras like SR-T 101b or XG-M or XD5 or X700.

There’s a person that repairs these and you can place semi dark yellow flash gel in front of the bigger window where your eye goes, the patch is a kinda blue I believe but yellows is the opposite color. You can also mark it in the middle of the big one where the patch is, with marker or gaffer tape. We are talking a few mm square just to block where the patch shows in the viewer. But you leave the smaller patch window completely untouched. It needs nothing.
